Mission and Purpose

Develops and recommends a comprehensive faculty evaluation system for ACC that complies with SACS requirements and ACC\'s Board Policies and Administrative Rules. Reviews current ACC policies and procedures regarding faculty evaluation and recommends revisions. Researches the current literature regarding faculty evaluation methods. Develops and recommends appropriate and effective forms, instruments, and processes. Reviews the evaluation system timelines and methods for ensuring that the process stays on track. Works with the college committees on best practices to achieve organizational mission and goals.
