Security system issues at RVS and SAC with AE students. AE students could not use computer lab and library services at these campuses. LDAP is now picking these students so problem seems to be corrected. AE is testing courses and is following the CE model. New testing will begin January 2014.

OIEA is reviewing CBM01 and CBM04. Dual, ECS and undocumented students were not counted on these reports in the past. Reports will be changed so college can receive funding for these students.

Admissions is changing alternate ID’s (800 number ID’s) and will be completed by end of April. Clearinghouse alerts were not being received by Admissions and has now been corrected. Admissions Office is working on PACE implementation and Magnus EMER patch in Ellucian. New for fall 2013, faculty will need to end a last date of attendance/participation for any F’ entered on grade roster.

Financial Aid is working on 2013-14 fall electronic award notice. The FA Office is meeting with IT weekly or bi-weekly to discuss various programming requests. FA will work with Business Office to set up “sheltering” of UT financial aid students.
