•Introductions made by all committee members. Four meetings have been scheduled. More will be scheduled if needed.
•Meetings are from 1:30-3:30 PM in room 411 unless otherwise stated. Meetings minutes will be posted on website.
•Google Calendar will be used to invite members to meetings.

Fall 2017 Daily Registration Report

•To receive the report, email OEIA, Anna Ramirez, to be added to the email list. The report comes in daily and compares to the data from the prior year.
•Enrollments are down 1.5%. Some impacting factors:
o Economy is good so students are working, not attending college.
o Additional students graduating in spring over and above the previous year.
o Hurricane disruption. Students from Houston could not make it in for registration.
Campuses had to close due to weather.
o Rio Grande Campus has been closed for renovations.

•Admissions & Records Intervention-
o Summer 2016 students who had attended AOS but then never registered were
contacted by Admissions & Records.
o Linda Kluck will write up a report for the committee. The top answers:
I need to see an advisor because I don’t know what classes to take
We helped over 200 students to register while we were on the phone with them.
I was waiting on what to do next. I hadn’t heard from someone.
I changed my mind or going later
TSI complications (made note to get more training for A&R on TSI)
Students may need a follow-up phone call to remind students of payments, next
steps, and registration.
•“Students Not Registered“ Registration Survey conducted to see why students did not register.
