She has had some problems learning organizational concepts and has had a bit of an attitude problem, but has recently come around. I don't think this is something ACC can train, this is a personality trait of this person, not a trainable skill. There have been other skilled employees that have been wonderful. One thing that I would like more help with is to find the right employee that fits us the best. Chris Hilton was helpful in this because he learned what we needed and was able to help place students with our company because he recommend students with specific traits that would work best for us. Since Chris has left, I have not had this luxury and would like to find out if it is possible. The employees that I have hired recently have been through Craigs List and not through ACC. If anyone has any ideas about this subject, I would be happy to discuss it further. Action Taken: Chris Hilton's replacement, Professor Erlene Clark will follow-up with client.
