Saeed informed committee of the process for students. Committee received the fall 2018 tutoring schedule. Eventually faculty will be notified when students make the request for tutoring. Students will be able to submit a survey for evaluation purposes.

Kathy informed committee about the AoS advisors for Distance Education. There are currently four advisors. They use web ex, google chat and phone. No face to face but it can be arranged. The target is first time students or students with less than 12 hours. Dorado Kinney is working on an early alert pilot. Advisors will have offices at the RRC. You may contact Kathy with questions at 223.7327.
Decisions/Actions: A meeting will be set for Distance Education office and advising staff for training.
