➢Overview and role of Business Processes and Initiatives – ShariRodriguezoBusiness processes and initiatives.➢Sheri looks at business processes, and programs, and identifies deficiencies. o Develops and produces training for business process users and those that maintain processes created training for vendors o There are many projects that her team spearheads o Create training websites, videos, and other training media for Workday and similar initiatives. o “It was a surprise that A.I. captions would not be sufficient on the training videos that we produced for Workday.” o Felt, it was important to talk to this group because she never wants anything they produce to exclude anyone!

Ginger is searching for a new title for Interpreter Services that captures more of the available services while still being recognizable and easily found by the populations they serve, which isn’t limited to those who are Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing.

➢There were a lot of good discussions around involving students with disabilities and letting them tell their own stories. ➢It’s not the responsibility of the minority to educate the majority. ➢Steven brought up the language that was used: ADA Event. ADA is a legal framework, so that might not be the best language to use.
