Propose change to TC academic integrity violation sanctions

Holly requested AAC vote to change the Testing Center ban for academic integrity violations. Current policy is to ban students from testing center for that one specific class for the semester. Committee voted and approved to remove the testing center ban for academic integrity violations occuring in testing center 17 -yes; 1-opposed.
