Discussion: Minutes of last meeting are not available at this time. Decisions/Actions: Jim Boullosa is working on obtaining a copy of previous minutes for the committee to review.

Discussion: The committee reviewed the SRRC functions listed on the SRRC website. Decisions/Actions: 1) The committee will review the functions and make edits/additions as needed. 2) Meetings will be held the 2nd Friday of each month, schedule is posted and invites will be sent out. 3) Website is being updated through Mojo tickets with member corrections and current information.

Discussion: 1) JB: complete the following items: a. Revisions to the Functions that still need to reviewed one level up b. Standards of Conducts have some changes that need to be pushed SRRC Meeting Minutes Pg. 2 c. Updates to Academic Misconduct, need to review the comments that were made through the subcommittee and vote on it between now and October meeting. 2) Kristine Elderkin: Where does the project stand of training a cohort of advisors for student who are going through the disciplinary process? Decisions/Actions: 1) All of the items discussed can be found in the shared drive under Projects and Initiatives tabs. Members have been added and documents are available for comments. Please review the Academic Integrity Projects folder located in the Projects and Initiative drive, other items listed are ready for review. We would like to have Academic Misconduct and Student Standards of Conduct align. 2) Layout a plan to train advisors on the disciplinary process and possible student advocated for the program. Patty has added Mike’s document to the shared drive. Kristine would like to be involved and we should include student advocates on ACC's list of Campus Security Authorities (CSAs).
