Three different enrollment processes:
a) IT is supporting new SalesForce CRM implementation for new recruitment, application, and enrollment process.
b) ERP recommendation will likely be made at the December 2019 board meeting.
c) Student payment deadline going to cabinet. Committee expressed concerns about the equity effect of “pay as you go” on students, sponsorships and dates to process those sponsorships, shelters and how to keep students from being dropped, Wait Listing, Cashier Offices, Financial deadlines, and Meningitis Shots.
Notification to students when they are dropped through blackboard, messenger, mass emails.
-Enrollment Management is separating Recruitment and Enrollment Services.
-Registration Review will be out on Friday.
