• Committee recommended that wait list program be turned off on DREG days to assist with problem that it is causing when on during DREG
• Remove employee access to manipulate wait listing
• Linda Kluck will review the names of staff who have access and get back with Andrew

• Departments are not following 19 hours working rule and now it effects TRS rules for Healthcare coverage
• HR will be sending letters to 47 employees affected by new TRS coverage rules
and waiting for decision on ERS eligibility
• IT developed an automated ORG chart system and they are testing it

New Degree Map application will be released in early summer:
• The existing application will be released February 24 to all students who have an individual advising session or participate in GPS.
• New version is slated to be released in May and has many new enhancements. It remains very intuitive.
• June -will be a training month.
• July – August - will be released to the entire college community
• Andrew C. will work with Michael Koetting to discuss institutional certificates and where this information is stored.
• Sub-waivers are not being interfaced with Degree Map, and therefore, not the same as EVAL.
• There is a Feedback Tab Degree Map to submit remedy tickets.
• Sometimes the information on Degree Map does not match the Ellucian record.
• Civitas will provide a 30 minutes demonstration at next meeting on March 4.
• Melissa Cunningham from Civitas is contact person for IT and Andrew Christie is the ACC point person for Civitas.
