Reviewed today's report provided by OIRA. If you want to receive the daily registration report, please contact Noko Wilson in OIRA. New to ACC enrollment is down 2.5%. The number is slowly improving each day. High School Programs have made great gains in the past few weeks. Contact hour numbers are important on the census date for funding purposes. Headcount numbers are helpful to set seat counts for classes. Definition for Distant Learning is any course that is not face to face.

Fall Registration Calendar 2022

2022/2023 calendar presented for comment. Decided on Spring 2023 start date for payment requirement is January 3 (first day back for staff after winter break). Plan to move the calendar forward. Cashier office signage needs to be updated for students stating they are permanently closed.

-The Chancellor's Cabinet released a process change for enrollment. They instructed admissions teams to reduce hold levels from 7 to a 6 for Address (ADR) and Academic Warning (WRN). This reduction in level will allow students with these holds to register. This is for all students in the system and will continue through Fall 2022. So far the first day 14, second day 19, third day 26 students have been able to register after the address hold was removed. So far 19 have been allowed to register after the academic warning was reduced. Communications should go out for the first time tomorrow to students notifying of the change. Dr. Buchanan's office should be sending a global message announcing the change as well.
