 Instruction/faculty • Many good things about conversion CE trained faculty before spring break. • Everything online with exception of Truck Driving and Phlebotomy  Students • No CE student have received IPads Challenges How to get computers/laptops to students who do not have access to a computer.  SAS • SAS contacted all faculty who had students who tested through SAS to determine administration of tests. • SAS testing staff has conducted research and created documents to help faculty determine how to provide accommodations for students. • SAS Advocates are able to do their jobs remotely with few problems. They are working with students via email, phone and Google meets. • They are updating accommodations to meet the virtual classroom environment. • SASSR/SAS is being brought to the forefront now due to the virtual learning environment.  IDS • Training for request from faculty for using Blackboard Ally and improving document accessibility.  Interpreter Services • Instructors are changing the scheduled time and day of classes making scheduling interpreters challenging. • Technical issues with different video meetings platforms. Blackboard students can’t see interpreter and instructor at the same time. • Zoom works best for interpreting because you can pin interpreter. WebEx very challenging, pin feature doesn’t work well. Can only pin one interpreter at a time. Google streaks.  Student Affairs/Campus Deans • Student Affairs: Support for mental health moving online. Teleservices is set-up . Students seem to like it.  Campus Manager/Facilities • Campuses are open for time being. But after this week, only destination campuses will be open.  Learning Labs • Learning Labs are operational online. Before COVID they had some online learning options. getting used to the system, getting busier. DR. Jones is aware accessibility Issue, it is on his radar. • BrainFuse has accessibility challenges. • Academic Coaching is being online.  Testing Centers • No one from testing center. But Lauren Sebel said ACC paying for ProctorU for now. Long-term Dr. Cook wants to have ACC proctors online. TSI working to move online.  Library • Library already had some online catalog. • Scanning and adding some frequently used books online. But so many students relied on campus for computer and printer access. • If students have material checked out, they can keep it for time being. No late fees, they never had late fines. • They are not coordinating iPad distribution.
