The Web Advisory Committee met on February 16. Main topics of the meeting were Google email conversion, and restructuring of the ACC domain. Ed Terry will be contacting web page owners to encourage the usage and switching to the new template. The new faculty/staff web page was unveiled to the committee.
New online faculty rosters with student pictures were moved to live. There was a request to have the ability to print rosters without pictures.
June 30 is the deadline for Datatel Web UI conversion to 4.2. IT is working on some X processes that are not currently working. A Help Desk ticket will need to be submitted if there is a current process that is not working on 4.2

There is a new 1098T web page link that can be found off of the ACC Home page.
All departments should encourage any student that is calling about 1098’s to first go to this website for information.
CE is testing new Market Place software which is part of the Touch Net System. Touch Net has given ACC ideas about other schools and how they have used the system.
