The ACC Marketplace is an e-commerce system that allows college departments to sell official college products or services online using a credit card payment. A department wanting to set up a uStore must obtain approval from their vice president and submit a request form to MarketPlace@austincc.edu.

Edward Terry talked about a new tool, Silverback. Users\' actions on ACC\'s website can be monitored for where they go. Their audio comments can be monitored as well as their physical reactions. It is a tool that can be used by anyone wanting to assess the effectiveness of their websites.
