Joann presented revisions to Instructional Support Services forms used for Curriculum and Programs Committee proposals. The New Location form with procedures was introduced. If yes, name the existing award. Date existing award first offer. Do all the courses in this award apply full-credit to the AAS? Add Course NCBW 0101 Developmental Writing Base NCBW (1-1-0) � non-published Committee requested proposed course be returned to future meeting with new course numbers and clarification of petition requirements and published status. In addition, a 2-hour and a 3-hour Developmental Writing Base course would be proposed. Modify Course INWR 0430 Integrated College Writing and Reading Strategies (4-4-1) � course cap change from 16 to 12 Committee approved INWR 0430 course capacity change to 12.

Shannon Bailey described the new Intensive English Program (IEP) created for international and domestic students and explained that courses would be offered beginning 10-19-15 in 8-week sessions. Program includes level 1 and 2 courses which are exclusively Continuing Education and Level 3 and 4 credit courses. Kim Oliver will direct the program. 2015-2016 Core Course List Update 8/28/15. Ron Johns shared the 8-28-15 revised list of Core Courses received from the THECB and explained the process for acquiring Core Course Approval. Minutes June 19, 2015 April 24, 2015 March 27 and April 10, 2015 February 20, 2015 Joann Kroll moved to accept meeting minutes; second by Jorge Lynch. Approved.

G. W. Hildebrand requested approval of a course description revision to bring it into alignment with the Workforce Education Course Manual.
