Proposal

During the fall 2010 advisory board meeting the suggestion was made to introduce a course that would encompass an array of elements surrounding the operations of housekeeping within the industry. I am proposing that the program moves forward with the vote and add the course to the certificate in Hospitality Management and replace a restrictive elective in the AAS degree in Hotel and Lodging Specialization
