William Hayden sent by email the final draft of the Faculty Handbook for Design and Development of Study Abroad Programs, Faculty Leader Handbook for Study Abroad Programs, and the Emergency Response Handbook for Study Abroad Programs to all IPAC members. WH worked with an Ad Hoc Faculty Senate Committee in developing the new handbooks. The Ad Hoc Senate Committee approved the draft handbooks. A motion was made to approve the Faculty Handbook for Design and Development of Study Abroad Programs, the Faculty Leader Handbook, and the Emergency Response Handbook for Study Abroad Programs. A quorum of voting members was not present. WH proposed an electronic vote by email to all IPAC voting members to be sent following the IPAC meeting. Proposed electronic vote was approved. RESULTS OF ELECTRONIC VOTE: WH sent email to all IPAC voting members to submit vote by email on approving four items: approving the Faculty Handbook for Design and Development of Study Abroad Programs, approving the Faculty Leader Handbook for Study Abroad Programs, approving the Emergency Response Handbook for Study Abroad Programs, and approving forwarding the three handbooks to ACAC for review. The electronic vote concluded 04/05/2012, with 16 votes approving the three handbooks and 15 votes approving forwarding the three handbooks to ACAC. There were no \'\'No\'\' votes cast for each item.
