Compliance Report Summary - Available on eStaffing Website

The Committee approved of the summary version of the eStaffing Compliance Report showing which departments were in compliance for each semester during the last two years.
The report is currently available via the link directly below, but Fall 2017 eStaffing Compliance reports will eventually replace the summary version.

A request was made to distribute this report to all Deans and Department Chairs. Fulfillment of that request was delayed over a question related to the Dean and Department Chair group email utility. The plan is now to send it to Deans and Department Chairs, along with the Fall 2017 Compliance Report after the completion of Fall 2017 eStaffing.
The Committee decided to treat any future requests for exemption from eStaffing on an ad hoc basis, but only if the responsible Dean was willing to sponsor the request.

Senior Status on My Info page

New Version of Import Functionality

The new version of the import function (a major programming undertaking) was released in time for Fall 2017 eStaffing.

SQL Server DBMS Upgrade in Process

All web applications, including eStaffing were converted from MS SQL Server 2005 to MS SQL Server 2012 prior to Spring Break.

Two Departments, One Department - Ambiguity Challenges
