A subcommittee will be formed soon to determine whether to make a formal recommendation for an RFP.
It looks like there are some very good products. One concern is that ACC needs to have adequate personnel in place to make a product work.

Colleague HR Roadmap Demo Discussion

On July 28, several members of HR, Payroll, and IT watched the one hour HR Colleague Roadmap webinar.
As a result, there is interest in implementing the Colleague self-services functionality that already exists. Direct Deposit is of immediate interest. Analysis of this software solution will be analyzed very soon. Also, the self-service Web Time Entry solution will be looked at with great interest. Ellucian will be releasing Web Time Entry in two phases; one in September and the second in November, 2016.

IT has started a list of concerns related to lost functionality if a new ERP for HR & Finance replaces Colleague HR. The ERP Systems Steering Committee will review the list and make comments to it at a future meeting. The hope right now is that Ellucian's new Self-Service functionality will reduce desire to contemplate replacing Colleague.
