Minutes
On March 31, 2009, Pam Soto contacted the PFT advisory board members by email to address the final draft of the Technical Standards for the Personal Fitness Trainer program. All eleven committee members were contacted, including a new member as of 2008-2009. Six responded with approval. The remaining 5 did not respond. The draft was officially accepted as written and became program material to share with individuals interested in entering the program. The topic of technical standards had been discussed in the prior annual meeting held November of 2007-2008. For this December meeting, Pam Soto revisited the technical standards with the members for additional input. The advisory board members had no additional input regarding the technical standards and unanimously reaffirmed to accept the technical standards as written.
