A. Ginger up-dated progress on establishing VR units at all campuses. ACC supplies CPU’s and monitors, service provider supplies software. Is in the process of getting bids on VRI service (‘Interpreter in a box’ - for deaf individuals to communicate directly with hearing individuals)
B. Have hired our first Media Captioning Editor, Alysia Alexander. She is developing procedures and forms for full scale rollout. Once complete, Steve will make college-wide announcement. In the meantime, Requests sent to Ginger

- Add information on electronic accessibility;
- Define SAS;
- Clarify role of student to disclose;
- Examine instructors’ reaction to ‘disability’;
