Committee Manual Update – Charles Quinn reviewed proposed outline for Committee Manual update. Work will continue on this re-write. Program Revision/New Program Approval Form Modification (INSS.002) – Dianne Olla reviewed suggested changes to form; the Faculty Credential statement on INSS.002 draft form will be revised by Mike Midgley. No final decision on acceptance of draft form. Committee requested that department/advisory committee minutes accompany progam revisions and new program applications in Curriculum and Program Committee agendas. Review of Course Capacities 2011-12 – Mike Midgley discussed College\'s effort to raise average class size by one to support budget cuts. A work group will be assembled to review existing course limits for equity and coherence across the instituion. Work group volunteers will email Mike Midgley and Dianne Olla. Mike will determine work group membership and set meetings. Program Approval and Closure Timeline – Mike Midgley.
