Pilot included 13 instructors with multiple sections in EDUC 1300 and a single Nursing course.
Survey received 8 responses, all favorable.

How do other college’s word their accessibility policies during the procurement process?
Sean could not find any other Community Colleges with clear and transparent procurement procedures online.
Alex suggested looking at state agencies such as Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, for example.
Action:
Sean, Teri, Linda will talk to other schools such as Dallas County, Tarrant, Lone Star, etc. to get feedback on their processes.

Additional Agenda Item- ADA training module

All faculty (full-time, adjunct, AE/CE, etc.), administrators, and SAS are required to complete the new ADA training module.
New ADA training module focuses more on student interaction and also has an employee component to satisfy OCR agreement.
