-Committee reviewed the 2019-2020 Academic Calendar that has been approved. -ASAC has decided to follow the Coordinating Board recommendations on calendars -10 week summer session for 2019 -Draft Registration Dates for 2019-2020: Payment deadlines are to be kept consistent on the day and time. Will be sent to the Cabinet for any possible changes.

-Melissa discussed the current registration report headcounts for ACC. Questions were raised about where pre-health science counts were housed on the Dean areas. Kathy James will confirm if pre-health sciences are under SEM.

Strategic Enrollment Committee

-Melissa discussed the purpose of the Strategic Enrollment Committee and the Draft: Enrollment Steps Project Plan. -Suggestion was made to add the Meningitis Shot Requirement step to Enrollment Funnel Phase Two: Planning, Registering, And Paying For Classes table. -Comment was made that there may be changes made in parking and how students will obtain their parking passes. Stay tuned for more information. -Question was raised about the options for holds that cause students to not be able to register. -Suggestions for additional steps are to be sent to Melissa Curtis. -Committee discussed if there is a need/benefit for 12+ credit hour classification of students.
