Tasha created a knowledge base for faculty. The site is de.austincc.edu/support. This replaces the Blackboard help tab. Eventually student information will be added.
Decisions/Actions: Add the hours for the ACC tech helpline. Rachel volunteered to help Tasha with adding a link for contact information for faculty instructional support specialist. This is a work in progress. Send any other recommendations to Tasha. latasha.hussey@austincc.edu

ACC Online to launch

The ACC Online website is to support current and prospective fully online students. There were few responses to the survey that was sent to the committee asking for feedback on the website. Committee was encouraged to submit feedback. The survey can be submitted more than once. Hybrid students will have a different page linked from ACC Online.
