Review Daily Registration Report
Presenter
Melissa Curtis
Minutes
Tomorrow (February 2) is 12th class day for census data. This date sets enrollment numbers for the semester. Overall, enrollment is down 10% from 2021. New to ACC is down 3.8%. New to ACC High School students is down 4.1%. New to ACC Traditional students is down 3.7%. Reasons for high school enrollment drop is due to various reasons including: the pandemic, success rates dropped for 2020 from 86% to 82%, less PSAT testing so created a testing barrier, TSI 2.0 is harder causing less to pass/enroll, and high school counselor turnover rates increased. Actions are on the upswing with new connections being made in high schools. Fall 2021 success rates are back up to 86%. In person instruction has helped support the success rates.
