• Master Syllabi Task Force Report (Ron Johns) Ron presented three templates of master syllabi: credit, credit off campus, and Continuing Education. A section will be added under Student Right and Responsibilities for student complaints. Carol Hawk moved to send the drafts to Faculty Senate and Adjunct Faculty Association for their input; second by Nancy Stano. Approved. • Courses Scheduled for Deletion at the May 3, 2017 ACGM Advisory Committee Meeting, per Lower-Division Academic Course Guide Manual (ACGM) Spring 2018 Manual, pg. 12 – The following ACC courses are under review and scheduled for deletion. The courses are eligible for state funding until August 31, 2019: ENGL 2342 Forms of Literature I – Core Curriculum course ENGL 2343 Forms of Literature II – Core Curriculum course FREN 1300 Conversational French I • Committee will conduct a conversation Feb. 15 around creating award plans for part time students. The discussion will include topics including program maps, catalog, and web pages. • Minutes November 16, 2018 – approved.
