The Business Office reported that other departments are sheltering students with their own department code and using pending financial aid as the reason for sheltering. All students should be referred to the Financial Aid Office for these shelters.
The Business Office is also working with Continuing Education to implement a new Touchnet software system. Market Place system will allow CE to track students that register for workshops, classes, etc. The new system will be able to track attendees even without dollar amounts, and track the number of students in the class inventory.
