•Placement chart was approved as is September 1, 2010 but student. The recent revisions to the chart dated 1/28/11 changes include revisions to the footnotes. New footnote added reflects change requiring all students to take both the objective and essay since the objective score only placement chart was eliminated. Chart will be posted on the Advising manual. Patty will send a PDF version of the chart to Betsy to be posted on the manual

Compass test fees

All students who take an assessment test will be charged fee. This includes ESOL tests. The recommended implementation day is April 1, 2011. Test fee waivers will still be available for those who qualify. Fees to be charged are: $29 for a full test and $10 for individual tests. Recommendation will be presented to the Board for approval.

* Dorado- Advising Manual committee is close to completing revisions on the advising manual and creating a training manual. Both will be reviewed by Assessment and Advising committee for approval. * Mary and Caryn announced course tile changes to ESOL and writing classes.
