Registration Marketing Management Plan
Presenter
Brette
Minutes
Facing previous years’ challenges with promoting registration, this plan will be more creative and strategic, using student services to see if advisors would be open to accepting new students to come in to talk to an advisor before registering. Javier said this is a great idea because when he tried to meet with anyone before registering, he couldn’t and was very frustrated. The campaign could start much earlier to give students time to come in before registration peak times. Marketing is thinking about sending a mailer to everyone in district to alert that registration is starting. This could be very expensive. The group was worried students would feel “spammed” unless the topic was of their interest. They came up with different schemes that could be used to better target the majority. The new website redesigned for future students will also be part of this plan.
