Calendy is a Non-accessible product that lives on-top of google calendar, it allows for greater options, can do more things with Calendy than google calendar. Advising is using the free version now of Calendy. Students can schedule meetings through Calendy. Steve- I have been in touch with the company’s product team to make sure they understood that he wasn’t asking if it is ADA compliant, which it is. Is Calendy screen reader friendly. So far, no response. As per Lara Niles, Calendy cannot be purchased for college-wide use, without I.T. involvement and approval.

Marc-Emergency Evacuations Blind students using APEX (brand of refreshable braille display) can’t connect. APEX is a closed system. As per Sean, the student will need to get a new device from TWC. The new device will now connect to ACC’s system
