-Texting Initiative: Office of student money management can text students if there is a connection to finances and if the students have opted in to receive texts.
-Nudges to the Finish Line: Completion Research project with texting
-Regroup/texting: Legal has verbally approved that we can use opt out. The ASAC will have to approve it before we can start to use Regroup texting features. Enrollment Management will pilot

Texting Administrative Rule

-Administrative rule is scheduled to go to the ASAC on October 5th for approval. If approved ACC will be able to offer texting with the option to opt out to students. ACC is not allowed to text potential students unless the students have opted in to having texts sent.
