• IT has 300 open remedy tickets. Requests are being prioritized by IT managers and departments to determine the need. Certain high priority projects are awaiting resource availability.
• Datatel/Ellucian patches will be moved into “LIVE” status on July 28
• Colltest will be refreshed on August 4

- Subcommittee update on training for new staff on Datatel.

• Webinar will be available for Student Recruitment/Student Planning
• Marketing wants Web Advisory Committee to change online services name to MY ACC. This was not approved at this point due to changes that are required.

- Meningitis Update
- Online Withdrawal Update

• Meningitis Update– 80 students dropped for summer and 575 for fall during July 6 DREG. Emails were sent to students affected from both ACC and Magnus.
• Admissions Office has been very busy working on Reverse Transfer project and degree audit module
• IT needs to work on programming that will not allow new students to register during add/drop period.
• SPEEDE transcript problems. Table is not correct. System cannot import transcripts.
• Admissions Office is also working on new financial aid regulation on course prerequisites and selective admissions majors. Changing students records is currently being done manually.
