Bradon Oddo changed wording of Item #5 from February 13th minutes to say “online services link, not touch net”. Online Services workflow still operational but takes more steps to get to touch net to pay. Self Service takes less steps to get to pay. Minutes approved as is. Motion by Wade Bradfute, second by Patty Behr.

Agenda approved

• Credit hours up at every campus except Pinnacle, Site Based, and San Marcos Goodnight. Wade Bradfute mentioned we were 4,000 under from 2017 summer enrollment numbers. • Race/ethnicity data has improved since last year.

• $2 per credit hour reduction for out of district/state students. We have removed some barriers for payments by simplifying payment deadlines. All payments due on Wednesdays. • Discussion of Wednesday, day after Add/Drop, and the 30% forfeiture for deregistered students. Concern was raised of the hardship this will cause students & the challenge it will be to communicate to the students to pay before Add/Drop is over

• Following the Coordinating Board 2019 calendar & forward was approved by ASAC. • Aligned with other college calendars. • Shortening summer session from 11 weeks to 10 weeks. • Calendar is not up for comment under subcommittee.

• Old calendar was overwhelming to new students. Possible suggestion of departments owning their own calendars. • Will Registration website to include link to payment website? • Phase 2- Marketing will review how links and displays should occur. Student survey was sent out with over 600 feedback responses. • Ana Rummer is to update campus hours, important dates/deadlines for A&R brochure. Advised embedding payment deadlines on registration page.

• Patty Behr- Coordinating and staffing Institute Sessions • Katherine Dowdy- ESL registration is done for the year. Enrolling for college prep start date on 6/4. De’borah Pool from R&E will assist with transitioning services with GED program. • Linda Terry- Post AoS tweeks needed. Will begin MS’ing next week. Required Math enrollment goes live for next semester. AR6 hold will be placed. Only Deans and possibly Counselor will have the ability to waive the hold. • Kathy James- Majority of AoS session is now online. Attendance of AoS brings immediate MS. • Terry Bazan- Module working on how students appeal. Working with Kathy James on how to provide info about appeal process to advising chat bot module for free. • Christina Michura- Changes need to be sent to Faculty to inform them where to find things. • Matt Figg and Emily Hardegree will go over data regarding FTACC classification. • Mison Zuniga- Dual Credit continuing to grow. Updates to Faculty will follow. Licenses on hold. • Wade Bradfute- Registration assistance on campuses 5/14-5/30. • Brandon Oddo- Kathy James received Nacada Merit Award for Outstanding Advising Administrator. • Brandon Oddo- First Day Access beginning summer term. Wholesale price of books included as fee with tuition. E-mail will go out to students for summer. • Terry Bazan-Students can opt out. They will be charged initially, then refunded. • Melissa Curtis- Self Service will go directly to advanced search.
