A. Facilities/physical plant
Wayfinding & Signage
• Signage is good in some places & not so good at others: I.e. RVS is better & Still
needs work
• RVS signage is unclear. HLC signage is confusing
• Need accessible maps at every campus
• Need more Accessible bathroom doors.
Suggestions: Wayfinding Apps (Google talk) Accessible /tactile maps.
B. Instructional programs
Classroom & Online
• Closed captioning is good.
• Some faculty still struggle with things like making videos are captioned.
• Some faculty do not use ALLY. Have inaccessible docs, and do not follow
Universal Design
• Some instructors are not welcoming to students with disabilities.
